Front house, two room flat with separate eat-in kitchen.
Bedroom with queen-size bed and french window.
Small washroom with shower.
Central Heating, "Altbau" vintage hard-wood floors, stucco, doors and fixtures.
Washer for laundry, high-speed internet.

1000 euro per month + 500 euro security.
