Open maisonette room in cosy apartment for female student

Hello,
I live with my 3-year-old child in a nice maisonette apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment is on the 5th floor without an elevator and is very bright, but also quite warm in summer. The apartment is well located with good connections and many cafés and restaurants nearby.

I would like to rent the maisonnette room to a woman. It is furnished, but has no door, but is separated from the other living area by the stairs. I am renting the room cheaply because I would also like support twice a week with my son (e.g. picking him up from daycare in the afternoon). French and English speaking person very welcome.

ich wohne mit meinem 3jährigen Kind in einer schönen Maisonnette Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg. Die Wohnung ist in der 5. Etage ohne Aufzug und ist sehr hell, im Sommer aber auch recht warm. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen mit guter Anbindung und mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Ich möchte das Maisonnette Zimmer an eine Frau vermieten. Es ist möbliert, hat allerdings keine Tür, ist jedoch mit der Treppe vom anderen Wohnbereich abgegrenzt. Das Zimmer vermiete ich günstig, weil ich mir auch Unterstützung 2x/Woche mit meinem Sohn wünsche (z.B. Nachmittags von der Kita abholen).
Wenn du dir das vorstellen kannst, dann melde dich gerne und lerne uns einfach mal kennen.
