Full apartment, two rooms in Schöneberg with part time flatmate

Hallo! Wir ziehen im Januar aus unserer zwei-Zimmerwohnung aus. Unser Sohn wird aber weiter hier im Kiez zur Kita gehen, deshalb vermiete ich die Wohnung für den Rest der Zeit unter (ca. 1,5 Jahre)- ich werde dabei dein Teilzeitmitbewohner sein.

Es handelt sich um einen klassischen Berliner Altbau mit hohen Stuckdecken. Die beiden Zimmer sind ca 20qm groß. Ein Zimmer geht in den Hof, das andere zur Straße. Ein langer Flur geht durch die Wohnung, der viel Platz zum Verstauen von Sachen bietet.

Da ich Remote arbeite, werde ich die Wohnung noch zwischen ca. 9 und 15.30 Uhr nutzen (Montag bis Freitag) - den Rest der Zeit hast du die Wohnung für dich alleine. Ich werde lediglich einen Schreibtisch im Wohnzimmer lassen und zum Arbeiten nutzen, den Rest der Wohnung kannst du gestalten, wie du magst.

Wir werden alle Möbel mitnehmen, es bleiben aber Dinge wie Garderobe Lampen, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, eine Grundausstattung an Koch- und Küchenutensilien enthalten.

Ich suche jemand der ruhig, zuverlässig und nett ist. Wenn du auch im Homeoffice arbeitest können wir gerne quatschen, zusammen Mittagessen und socializen. Müssen wir aber auch nicht :) Ich werde aber wahrscheinlich nicht der Mitbewohner sein mit dem du abends um die Häuser ziehen wirst.

Wenn du also Ruhe und einen entspannten Mitbewohner suchst, der oft gar nicht da ist, dann bist du bei mir genau richtig.

Hello! We are moving out of our two-room apartment in January. However, our son will continue to attend kindergarten in the neighborhood, so I’m subletting the apartment for the remaining time (about 1.5 years) - during which I will be your part-time roommate.

It is a classic Berlin old building with high stucco ceilings. The two rooms are about 20 square meters each. One room faces the courtyard, the other the street. A long hallway runs through the apartment, offering plenty of space for storage.

Since I work remotely, I will still be using the apartment between approximately 9 AM and 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday) - the rest of the time, you’ll have the apartment to yourself. I will only leave a desk in the living room for my work, but the rest of the apartment you can arrange as you like.

We will take all the furniture with us, but items like a wardrobe, lamps, washing machine, and dishwasher, as well as a basic set of cooking and kitchen utensils, will remain.

I am looking for someone who is quiet, reliable, and friendly. If you also work from home, we can chat, have lunch together, and socialize. But we don’t have to :) However, I’m probably not the roommate you’ll be going out with in the evenings.

If you are looking for peace and a relaxed roommate who is often not there, then you are exactly right with me.
