**Apartment Details:**
- **Size:** 90m², fully furnished
- **Living Room:** Spacious with a sofa bed, double desk for remote work (external monitor included), professional coffee machine (beans not included), and a 50" TV.
- **Bedroom:** Equipped with a queen-size bed and a small reading desk.
- **Bathroom:** Includes a shower and a washing machine.
- **Kitchen:** Comes with a dishwasher, a large gas stove, and an oven.
- **Additional Room:** Can be used for laundry or storage.

**Rental Terms:**
- **Cost:** €1,400.00 for the rental period.
- **Deposit:** €2,000.00, to be paid in advance.
- **Occupancy:** Maximum of 2 people, or up to 4 if a family.

**Who we are**
We are a couple, 34-35 years old each, we are going on holiday for 2 weeks in Italy and we would like to rent our beautiful flat to someone respectful and with good references.
We live with a dog and we like to go for adventures, often escaping from the city life. We can give you a lot of tips for a good restaurant, club, bakery and coffee shop, museums and
vibrant neighborhoods. We hope you won't mind taking care of watering our plants once x week :)

Video calls can be considered for viewing the apartment.
We own a dog, in case of sensitive or allergic people, particles might be in the air.
Up to two pets are allowed with a flat rate of € 15.00 per night.
