Wir suchen einen Mieter auf Zeit für unsere 2-Zimmer Wohnung in der City-West (Schöneberg). Die Wohnung ist ab sofort frei und ideal für Paare oder für Singles. Die Wohnung ist nur sehr bedingt für WGs geeignet, da das Schlafzimmer kleiner ist als das Wohnzimmer. Es handelt sich um eine Warmmiete (Heizung, Wasser) von 1.250 Euro, aber zuzüglich Kosten für Strom, Internet und TV (bitte selbst anmelden).

Die Räume sind wie folgt aufgeteilt (55m²):

1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, Balkon

Die Schlafzimmer und der Balkon gehen in den Innenhof und sind daher sehr ruhig. Auf dem Balkon können bis zu 3 Personen sitzen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage mit Fahrstuhl und hat durchgängig einen Holz-Laminat-Fußboden sowie Fliesen im Bad.

Wir vermieten die Wohnung für 12 Monate mit der Option, den Vertrag für ein weiteres Jahr zu verlängern. In der Küche befinden sich Schränke, ein Ofen, Herd, und ein Kühlschrank.

Die Lage ist optimal. Zu Fuß erreicht man die City West in 10 Minuten. Zur U-Bahn Wittenbergplatz (KADEWE) oder Nollendorfplatz sind es 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Netto, Penny, Biocompany sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

We are looking for a temporary tenant for our 2-room apartment in the quiet heart of Berlin City-West (Schöneberg). The apartment is ideal for couples or for Singles. It’s not so much suitable for WG, because the bedroom is smaller than the living room. The rent of 1.250 Euro includes all usual additional costs (heater, water). There are only extra costs for electricity, internet and TV (please register yourself).

The rooms are divided as follows (55m²)

1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony

The bedrooms and the balcony face the inner courtyard and are therefore very quiet. Up to 3 people can sit on the balcony.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator and has a wood-laminate floor and tiles in the bathroom.

We rent the apartment for 12 months.

The furniture and appliances in the kitchen (oven, stove, fridge) cannot be removed.

The location is ideal. The apartment is located about 10 minutes from KADEWE (City West). The U-Bahn Wittenbergplatz or Nollendorfplatz can be reached on foot in 6 minutes. The supermarkets Netto, Penny, Biocompany are 5 minutes on foot. Other supermarkets in the area.
