Berlin Wedding, 2 Zimmer Wohnung, Januar + Februar

Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne grüne Altbau-Oase für den gesamten Januar und Februar 2025. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was das Herz begehrt und ist gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Balkon inkl. Möbel. Am Wohnzimmer gibt es auch noch einen ganz kleinen Balkon, den ich selber aber nicht benutze. Die Lage ist trotz der großen Straße ruhig und auf der riesigen Coach kann man vom hektischen Berliner Großstadttreiben entspannen.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es außerdem einen Fernseher mit Playstation 4 und Netflix für den gemütlichen Abend alleine oder mit Freunden.

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG eines Altbaus. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut, U6 (Seestr.), U9 (Amrumer Str.) und Tram 13/50 (Seestr.) sind fußläufig in 5 bzw. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. In direkter Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein wunderschönes süßes Café und eine sehr leckere Pizzeria, der Rehberge Park ist nur ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt und auf der Müllerstraße findest du alle wichtigen Supermärkte, Drogerien und einen H&M. In wenigen Fahrminuten bist du in Mitte und im Herzen der Stadt.

Die Wohnung ist leider nicht WG-geeignet, da die Küche sich an einem Zimmer befindet. Mir ist es wichtig, dass die Person sich gut um meine Pflanzen kümmert (idealerweise hast du selber Pflanzen), nicht raucht, keine wilden Parties veranstaltet (wir sind ein eher ruhiges Haus, das gut miteinander vernetzt ist) und selbstverständlich sorgsam mit allem umgeht.

Ich vermiete die Wohnung für einen Monat, idealerweise aber direkt für beide Monate. Die Miete pro Monat beträgt 1.300 €, die Kaution 2.000 €. Die Wohnung kann online besichtigt werden.

I am renting out my beautiful green oasis in an old building for the whole of January and February 2025. The apartment has everything your heart desires and is well equipped. The bedroom has a balcony including furniture. There is also a very small balcony off the living room, but I don't use it myself. The location is quiet despite the large street and you can relax from the hectic hustle and bustle of Berlin on the huge coach. In the living room there is also a TV with Playstation 4 and Netflix for a cozy evening alone or with friends.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an old building. The connection is very good, U6 (Seestr.), U9 (Amrumer Str.) and streetcar 13/50 (Seestr.) can be reached on foot in 5 or 15 minutes. In the immediate neighborhood there is a wonderful sweet café and a very tasty pizzeria, the Rehberge Park is only a 10-minute walk away and on Müllerstraße you will find all the important supermarkets, drugstores and an H&M. It's just a few minutes' drive to Mitte and the heart of the city.

Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for sharing, as the kitchen is in a room. It is important to me that the person takes good care of my plants (ideally you have plants yourself), does not smoke, does not throw wild parties (we are a rather quiet house that is well connected) and of course handles everything with care.

I rent the apartment for one month, but ideally for both months. The rent per month is € 1,300, the deposit € 2,000. The apartment can be viewed online.
