mein Name ist Aurora und würde mein Wohnung in Berlin ab April untervermieten. Die Mietvertrag ist 1 Jahre befriestet und die Preis hat die Heizung, Strom und Internet inklusiv.
Diese Wohnung hat 1-Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, Küche, Badzimmer und Balkon.
Diese Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet, alle Möbeln in die Foto wird bleiben, die sind genug für ein neue Anfang. Anmeldung möglich.

Ich möchte diese Wohnung an 1 Person mieten, die Anmeldung ist nur für eine Person, leider Tier sind nicht erlaubt.

Die Wohnung steht in ein sehr gut verbindet Nachbarn, es gibt verschiedenen Verkehrsmittel möglichkeiten in der Nähe:
Tram: M13 und 50 im Osloer Strasse oder Drontheimer Strasse
U8 Osloer strasse 10 min zu Fuß (und dort es gibt viele Bus)
U8 Pankstrasse 10 min zu Fuß (und dort es gibt viele Bus)
U9 Nauener Platz 10 min zu Fuß (und dort es gibt manche Bus)
Gesundbrunnen Bahnhof 20 min zu Fuß für ICE, RB, FEX Airport, Ring bahn, etc. (vielleicht weniger Zeit wenn du schnell läufst)

Verschiedenen Bar, Restaurant und Kebab kann sehr schnell erreichen.

This apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
This apartment will be rented furnished, so all the furnitures displayed in the pictures will stay, which is enougth for a new start. Anmeldung possible.

Gesundbrunnen Bahnhof 20 min by walk for ICE, RB, FEX Airport, Ring bahn, etc. (it is maybe closer if you walk fast)

There are many bars, Restaurants, and Kebab places nearby.

Me llamo Aurora y me gustaría subarrendar mi departamento en Berlín por un año a partir de Marzo.
El precio de la renta incluye todos los servicios de calefacción, electricidad e Internet.
Este departamento cuenta con una habitación para dormir, una sala de estar, baño, cocina y balcón, va a ser rentado amueblado, es decir, los muebles que se ven en las fotos se quedarán en el departamento, suficiente para un nuevo comienzo. Anmeldung es posible.

Me gustaría rentar este departamento a una persona, el Anmeldung es solo para una persona desafortunadamente las mascotas no están permitidas.

El departamento se encuentra en una zona muy bien conectada con diferentes opciones de transporte público:
