Apartamento
I am leaving Berlin for one month and would like to sublet my apartment.
It is a quite comfortable and luminous apartment facing south.
There is one smaller room with my bed and a bigger one which works as a living room. The kitchen features two stoves, there is a washing machine but no dishwasher.
The bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub.
You have a balcony with a small couch on it which is lovely during warm evenings, so probably not during October lol.
You are directly at Heidelberger Platz, so public transports are easily reachable(Circle Line, U3, U9, U7).
Closeby ist also the Volkspark, always a nice place to take a stroll:).
As I am only leaving for a month, I cannot take my desk and everything out, but you are welcome to use my things as they were yours.
You are welcome to play on my piano, just please don't break it... obviously :D.
