U Bahnhof Turmstraße und S Bahnhof Beusselstraße befinden sich in Laufdistanz (neben diversen Buslinien und der Tram M10). Es gibt außerdem viel Grün in 10 Minuten Entfernung mit dem Rad (Tiergarten, Plötzensee, Rehberge, Spree).

Diverse Supermärkte (Rewe, Penny, Aldi, Kaufland Alnatura, Bio Company, Denn's) und weitere Läden und Restaurants gibt es zu Hauf in der Umgebung.

Ich wünsche mir jemenschen, der zuverlässig ist und achtsam mit meinem Raum umgeht. Meine Wohnung ist eher alternativ, bunt und einfach, wie du den Bildern entnehmen kannst. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stelle ich gern inklusive bereit. Alle generellen Haushaltsgegenstände (Fön, Bügeleisen, sämtliches Küchenzubehör etc. ...) kannst du selbstverständlich benutzen.

Nichtraucherwohnung, rauchen ist allenfalls auf dem Balkon möglich.

I am looking for someone who is reliable and treats my space respectfully. My apartment is rather alternative, colorful and simple, as you are able to see from the pictures. I am happy to provide things like bedding and towels. Of course you may use all general appliances in the flat (hair dryer, iron, all the kitchen equipment etc.).

It's a non-smoking apartment, smoking is only possible on the balcony.
