Die Wohnung selbst ist in der 3ten Etage, hat 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Zu erreichen ist diese bequem mit einem Fahrstuhl.
Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Couch, Sideboard, Tisch und ein Balkon.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach, Ofen, Kochfläche und Geschirrschpüler.
Das Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, einem Kleiderschrank und und besitzt einen Balkon.
Das Bad hat Tageslicht und Fenster und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine.
Der große und grüne Gemeinschftsgarten lädt im Sommer zum Verweilen ein oder die Spreelage zu einem Spaziergang an der Spree zum Schloss Charlottenburg mit dem schönen Schlossgarten.

The beautiful, well-maintained apartment is ready to move in immediately.
The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor and has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment can be easily reached using an elevator.
In the living room there is a couch, sideboard, table and a balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a small freezer compartment, oven, hob and dishwasher.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x200), a closet and has a balcony.
The bathroom has daylight and a window and is equipped with a washing machine.
The large and green communal garden invites you to linger in the summer or the Spree location for a walk along the Spree to Charlottenburg Palace with its beautiful palace garden.
The apartment is perfect for: Single / Couple
A few rules:
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Quiet hours must be kept from 22:00 to 07:00.

Die Wohnanlage ist zentral gelegen in der Galvanistr. 10587 Berlin und verfügt über einen Gemeinschaftsgarten und liegt im grünen angrenzend an die Spree. In kürzester Zeit seid ihr am Zoologischen Garten, Kurfürstendamm oder Schloss Charlottenburg. Geschäfte des täglichen bedarfs befinden können auch fußläufig erreicht werden.
Nicht weit ist auch die Kantstrasse(20-25Min Fußweg) bekannt auch als Asiameile Berlins mit vielen Restaurants mit vietnamesichen, thai, koreanischer, chinesicher, japanischer Küche und noch vielen weiteren.
Von dort aus ist es auch nur ein Steinwurf entfernt zum Savignyplatz mit vielen Cafes Bars und vielen weiteren Läden.
In der Wilmersdorfer Straße mit den Wilmersdorfer Arkaden und der Einkaufsstrasse mit den Läden der großen Ketten findet ihr weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle(101, 245) ist 5Min entfernt.
Die nächste U-Bahn(U7) ca. 15Min.

The apartment complex is centrally located at Galvanistr. 10587 Berlin and has a communal garden and is situated in a green area adjacent to the River Spree. You can reach the Zoological Garden, Kurfürstendamm or Charlottenburg Palace in a short time. Stores for daily needs are also within walking distance.
Not far away is also the Kantstrasse (20-25min walk) also known as Berlin's Asian mile with many restaurants with Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, Chinese, Japanese cuisine and many others.
From there it is also just a stone's throw to Savignyplatz with its many cafes, bars and other stores.
In the Wilmersdorfer Straße with the Wilmersdorfer Arkaden and the shopping mile with the stores of the big chains you will find more shopping possibilities.
The nearest bus stop (101, 245) is 5 minutes walk away.

Die Mindestmietzeit beträgt 6 Monate und maximal 12 Monate.
Bitte nur Bewerbungen für maximal 2 Personen(3 wenn die Couch als Schlafplatz ausreichend ist) und monatsweise buchen. Abweichende Buchungszeiten nach vorheriger Absprache.
Nach einem ersten Kennenlernen per Videocall könnt ihr die Wohnung gerne vor Ort besichtigen oder ihr bekommt eine virtuelle Führung.

The minimum rental period is 6 months and maximum 12 months.
Please only apply for a maximum of 2 persons (3 if the couch is sufficient for sleeping) and book on a monthly basis. Different booking times by prior arrangement.
After a first meeting via video call, you are welcome to visit the apartment on site or you can get a virtual tour.
