My name is Nici and I am renting out my apartment for 7 weeks starting Friday January 24th to Friday March 14th. I will be abroad during this period of time.

I am looking for one or 2 people, who will enjoy living in my cozy flat.

The flat is situated in lovely Schillerkiez between Tempelhofer Feld and the park Hasenheide in Neukölln. An area with loads of cute cafés, bakeries and restaurants. Forth floor with a lot of light. The flat is fully furnished and equipped for your time living there.The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher and laundry machine. In case you work from home the kitchen and living room make a great home office. The bathroom is freshly renovated.

I absolutely love my home and the area I live in and am looking for someone, who will value it as much as I do. The price of 1100€ is per month, including everything, so the 7 weeks will be 1.925€ in total.

Ich vermiete meine gemütliche Wohnung direkt im Schillerkiez in Neukölln für 8 Wochen ab dem 24.Januar bis zum 14.März.2024.

Die Wohnung liegt jeweils 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Hasenheide und dem Tempelhofer Feld entfernt. Im Kiez gibt es Cafés und Restaurants, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die U8 Boddinstr. ist zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

Es gibt ein großes und ein kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit großem Tisch, Sofa und Fernseher (funktioniert mit HDMI Verbindung) und eine Wohnküche.
Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon, Wanne, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung eignet sich super zum arbeiten.

Die Wohnung eignet sich super für eine Einzelperson, 2 Freund*innen oder ein Paar.
Bei den 1100€ handelt es sich um die Warmmiete inkl. Internet, etc. für 1 Monat, also 1925 € für 7 Wochen.
