Meine Freundin und ich sind berufsbedingt für einen Monat im Ausland. Für diesen Zeitraum würden wir gerne unsere hübsche Wohnung untervermieten. Eine Verlängerung des Mietzeitraums bis Ende November ist ggf. möglich.
Wir wohnen seit fast vier Jahren in der Wohnung, und fühlen uns hier sehr wohl. Der Prenzlauer Berg-typische Altbau mit seinen hohen Decken und Dielenboden hat viel Charme, die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wurde seit Einzug immer weiter verschönert.
Die Küche ist offen und nur durch eine Theke vom Esszimmer getrennt. Das Wohnzimmer ist klein und gemütlich, eignet sich für nette Serienabende. Das Schlafzimmer ist großzügig und hell.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, mit Blick zum Innenhof. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig in der Wohnung, vor allem Nachts bekommt man nichts mit vom ganzen Stadttrubel.
Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert übergeben, inkl. Küche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Esstisch, Stühle, Wohnzimmercouch, Sessel und Bett. Ihr müsst euch also keine Gedanken machen über die Einrichtung.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist super freundlich, unsere Nachbarn immer hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend.

My girlfriend and I are travelling abroad for a month for work. We would like to sublet our lovely flat for this period. It may be possible to extend the rental period until the end of November.
We have lived in the flat for almost four years and feel very much at home here. The old building, typical of Prenzlauer Berg, with its high ceilings and floorboards has a lot of charm, the flat is very lovingly furnished and has been continuously improved since we moved in.
The kitchen is open-plan and only separated from the dining room by a bar. The living room is small and cosy, suitable for nice series evenings. The bedroom is spacious and bright.
The flat is on the 2nd floor, overlooking the inner courtyard. This makes the flat very quiet, especially at night when you don't notice the hustle and bustle of the city.
The flat will be handed over fully furnished, including kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, dining table, chairs, living room couch, armchair and bed. So you don't have to worry about the furnishings.
The house community is super friendly, our neighbours are always helpful and accommodating.

Die Wohnung liegt im nördlichen Teil Prenzlauer Bergs, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Humannplatz. Das Viertel ist angenehm ruhig und wohnlich, dennoch gibt es viele nette Cafés und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Nabil für Falafel/Haloumi und Swaad für Indisch liegen direkt um die Ecke und können wir sehr empfehlen! Sehr nett sind auch Spaziergänge zum nahegelegenen Helmholtz- oder Kollwitzkietz, hier findet man weitere zahlreiche Ausgehmöglichkeiten.
Supermärkte gibt es einige in Fußentfernung (Rewe, Netto, Lidl jew. 5min, Edeka 10min, Aldi 15min). Da ist für jede/n was dabei.
Die Anbindung mit ÖPNV könnte besser nicht sein:
- 1 Min Fußweg zur M12 (Haltestelle Erich-Weinert-Str.)
- 5 Min Fußweg zur M13 (Haltestelle Stahlheimer Str./Wisbyer Str.)
- 7 Min Fußweg zur Ringbahn (Haltestelle Schönhauser Allee)
- 8 Min Fußweg zur M2 (Haltestelle Erich-Weiner-Str.)
- 10 Min Fußweg zur U2 und M1 (Haltestelle Schönhauser Allee)
Falls ein Auto vorhanden, kann problemlos vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Hier findet man eigentlich immer schnell einen Parkplatz, da die meisten Bewohner kein eigenes Auto haben.

The flat is located in the northern part of Prenzlauer Berg, in the immediate vicinity of Humannplatz. The neighbourhood is pleasantly quiet and residential, yet there are many nice cafés and restaurants in the area. Nabil for falafel/haloumi and Swaad for Indian food are just around the corner and we can highly recommend them! It's also nice to take a walk to the nearby Helmholtzkietz or Kollwitzkietz neighbourhoods, where you'll find numerous other places to go out.
There are several supermarkets within walking distance (Rewe, Netto, Lidl 5min each, Edeka 10min, Aldi 15min). There is something for everyone.
The connection with public transport could not be better:
- 1 min walk to the M12 (Erich-Weinert-Str. stop)
- 5 min walk to the M13 (Stahlheimer Str./Wisbyer Str. stop)
- 7 min walk to the Ringbahn (Schönhauser Allee stop)
- 8 min walk to the M2 (Erich-Weiner-Str. stop)
- 10 min walk to the underground lines U2 and M1 (Schönhauser Allee stop)
If you have a car, you can easily park in front of the building. It's always easy to find a parking space here, as most residents don't have their own car.

Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht gestattet.
