Großzügige, helle Wohnung zentral im Winskiez in Prenzlauer Berg! Mit zwei Balkonen und hochwertiger Ausstattung, sogar mit Klavier. Im Garderoben-Zimmer ist ein Schreibtisch, so dass nicht am Esstisch gearbeitet werden muss. Das Bad ist klein, aber fein, mit Badewanne. Wir haben nicht nur eine Spül- und Waschmaschine, sondern auch einen Trockner. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Kinderzimmer hab ich nicht fotografiert, da es voraussichtlich nicht genutzt wird. Der Mietpreis ist ein Schnäppchen und liegt deutlich unter dem, was wir an Miete bezahlen - im Gegenzug würden wir uns freuen, wenn du/ihr unsere Pflanzen gießt.
Die Fahrt zum Alex dauert 10 min mit der Tram, Restaurants, Kneipen, Parks zum Sport machen, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Spacious, bright flat in the centre of the Winskiez in Prenzlauer Berg! With two balconies and high-quality furnishings, even with a piano. There is a desk in the cloakroom, so you don't have to work at the dining table. The bathroom is small but nice, with a bathtub. We not only have a dishwasher and washing machine, but also a tumble dryer. The kitchen is very well equipped. I have not photographed the children's room as it is not expected to be used. The rent is a bargain and well below what we pay in rent - in return we would be happy if you watered our plants.
The journey to Alex takes 10 minutes by tram, restaurants, pubs, parks for sports, everything in the immediate vicinity.
