Geteilte Wohnung für Berufstätige in Prenzlauer Berg

Hallo zusammen,
suchst Du eine sehr schöne zentrale Altbau-Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg inkl. Balkon?
Für genau diese Wohnung suche ich aktuell eine*n Mieter*in bzw. Mitbewohner*in. Wenn du dich nicht entscheiden kannst, ob du allein wohnen möchtest oder vielleicht doch in einer WG, dann könnte dieses Inserat für das passend sein. Es ist nämlich genau die Mischung aus beidem: Ich selbst wohne eigentlich in einer anderen Stadt, bin beruflich aber etwa jede zweite Woche in Berlin. Daher brauche ich auch nur das kleine Zimmer in der Wohnung. Für das große Zimmer suche ich eine*n Mitbewohner*in, der/die gerne durchgehend in der Wohnung wohnt. Der Vorteil für dich ist, dass du die Wohnung oftmals ganz für dich allein haben wirst.
Zur Wohnung: Es handelt sich um einen möblierten Altbau mit Holzdielen in allen Zimmern. Dein Zimmer wäre das größere, es ist ca. 22 qm groß und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon (das wäre dann auch nur dein Balkon). Zur Wohnung gehören auch noch eine geräumige, vollausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer samt Badewanne.
Zu mir: Ich bin 29 Jahre alt, spreche fließend Deutsch, Englisch und Türkisch, bin aus dem wildesten Party-Alter raus, aber gehe gerne abends ein Bier trinken. Ich habe einen Hund, der mit meiner Freundin in Freiburg lebt, vielleicht aber ganz selten mal zu Besuch wäre (du solltest also keine Angst vor Hunden haben).
Zur Umgebung: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist hervorragend an den ÖPNV angebunden.
Da ich aktuell noch in der Probezeit bin, wäre dein Mietvertrag erstmal auf sechs Monate befristet. Es besteht wahrscheinlich die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung über die 6 Monate hinaus zu mieten.

About the area: The apartment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood and is well connected to public transport.

Since I am currently in my probation period, your rental agreement would initially be limited to six months. However, there is a good chance you could continue renting the apartment beyond those six months.
