Your bedroom is currently empty and you could move in as a room mate as soon as we sign a contract (for a reduced rent, as we would be sharing the flat until my departure date).
The housing block is managed by one of Berlin's big public housing companies. About 80% of the units are rented on welfare entitlement. It's a nice and fairly quiet place to live, but please don't expect anything posh. You get what you pay for.
