2 - 31 January Whole Flat for Short-Term

Hello!

My name is Giulia, and I’m excited to be going on holiday this January. During that time, I’m offering my beloved flat for short-term rent from January 2nd to January 31st.

The flat is 58m² and features 4 rooms:

- A spacious eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher
- A cozy bathroom with a bathtub, window, and washing machine
- A lovely bedroom
- A bright and cosy living room with a balcony full of plants
The apartment is on an inner courtyard, so it’s wonderfully quiet. There’s also a Späti (convenience store) right next to the building entrance for any last-minute needs.

All utilities (electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi) are included in the rent.

I would really appreciate it if you could take care of my plants while I’m away.
No parties allowed, please.
