Renting out my fully furnished apartment, which is located on a side street from Kurfürstendamm (Charlottenburg), 5-minute walking distance to Adenauerplatz. S-Bhf Charlottenburg can also be reached by walking. The street is surrounded by a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Costs already include total Nebenkosten + Internet. I will take the water / heating numbers before you move in, if you have the same consumption as me, there will not be extra costs, only if they are higher, I will forward to you the bill from the heating company).

Apartment walls were freshly painted 1 year ago.

The 2-room apartment has a large bedroom with a desk and large closet, a living room (Tv, table, couch and decorative chimney) with access to the kitchen (washing machine + seating area), a balcony with seating and a bright bathroom with a bathtub.

In front of my apartment is a supermarket (Netto) located. You will find many more supermarkets within walking distance. There is also a cute park 3 minutes from the apartment (on the other side of the house). Living on a side street to Kurfürstendamm will give you plenty of opportunities to find shops, restaurants, bars, grocery shops and everything else within walking distance.
It is incredibly good connected to any part of the city and you can reach e.g. Hauptbahnhof, Zoologischer Garten or other parts of the centre within minutes by bus or train.

If you have a car, you will not have a problem finding a parking space in front of the apartment or on a side street.

Vermiete meine voll möblierte Wohnung, die sich in einer Seitenstraße vom Kurfürstendamm (Charlottenburg) befindet, 6 Gehminuten zum Adenauerplatz. Der S-Bhf Charlottenburg ist ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Straße ist von einer ruhigen und sicheren Nachbarschaft umgeben.

Wände wurden kürzlich neu gestrichen.

Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Schreibtisch und großem Schrank, ein Wohnzimmer (Tv, Tisch, Couch und Dekokamin) mit Zugang zur Küche (Waschmaschine + Sitzecke), einen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und ein helles Bad mit Badewanne.

Direkt vor meiner Wohnung befindet sich ein Supermarkt (Netto). Viele weitere Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt auch einen schönen Park 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt (auf der anderen Seite des Hauses). Wenn man in einer Seitenstraße zum Kurfürstendamm wohnt, hat man viele Möglichkeiten, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars, Lebensmittelläden und alles andere zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es ist unglaublich gut an jeden Teil der Stadt angebunden und Sie können z.B. den Hauptbahnhof, den Zoologischen Garten oder andere Teile des Zentrums innerhalb weniger Minuten mit Bus oder Bahn erreichen.

Wenn Sie ein Auto haben, werden Sie kein Problem haben, einen Parkplatz vor der Wohnung oder in einer Seitenstraße zu finden.

Anmeldung ist möglich, jedoch ist ein Mieter ohne Anmeldung präfferiert.
Änderung des Namens an der Eingangtür ist nicht möglich, kann jedoch bei dem Briefkasten hinzugefügt werden.
