Ich komme am 21.11. aus dem Urlaub zurück und muss anschließend beruflich verreisen. Daher benötige ich die Wohnung selbst nochmal vom 21.11. bis 25.11.
Keine Sorge, die Tage sind bereits von der Miete abgezogen.

Eine kürzere Mietdauer ist auf jedenfall auch möglich.


Nun zur Wohnung:

ich biete eine kleine und gemütliche Maisonette Dachgeschoss Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern und Balkon zur Miete an. OHNE FAHRSTUHL.
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Seitenflügel in sehr ruhiger und angenehmer Nachbarschaft.

Im 4. OG der Wohnung befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett inkl. Schreibtisch und großen Monitor - so dass auch ein guter Arbeitsplatz mit stabiler Internetverbindung vorhanden ist (ich bin selber oft im Home Office )
Das Badezimmer ist innenliegend und mit Dusche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. DIe Deckenhöhe unten beträgt 3,80 m. Über eine kleine Wendeltreppe geht es in das 5. OG zum Wohnzimmer mit Kochnische (voll ausgestattet, jedoch ohne Spülmaschine) und einem tollen Balkon.
Das 5. OG und ist ein ausgebautes Dach- demnach sind die Decken nicht so schön hoch wie im Schlafzimmer und Flur...
Der Balkon bietet einen freien Blick in den Himmel und bekommt abends den Sonnenuntergang.

In der Wohnung steht ein TV ,jedoch ohne Anschluss allerdings mit Fire- Stick- also Verbindung ans W-Lan.

I'm offering a small, cozy duplex attic apartment with two rooms and a balcony for rent. No elevator.
The apartment is located in a quiet side wing within a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood.

On the 4th floor, you'll find the bedroom, which has a double bed, a desk, and a large monitor, providing a great workspace with a stable internet connection (I often work from home myself).
The bathroom is interior and features a shower and washing machine. The ceiling height on the lower floor is 3.80m. A small spiral staircase leads to the 5th floor, where you'll find the living room with a kitchenette (fully equipped, but no dishwasher) and a lovely balcony.
The 5th floor is a converted attic, so the ceilings aren't as high as they are in the bedroom and hallway.
The balcony offers an open view of the sky and gets the sunset in the evening.

The apartment includes a TV, but it doesn’t have cable. However, it’s equipped with a Fire Stick, so you can connect it to Wi-Fi.
