I am subletting my apartment in Kreuzberg , Anmeldung is possible.

Minimum stay 3 month, Prolongation possible

Spacious 1,5 bdr apartment (42 square meters) in a side building of a lovely white historic building (19th century), wooden floor, warm atmosphere with a couch, dining area, spacious kitchen, Japanese handmade tatami mats with two foldable futons (0.70x 1.9 m) or a big matrass (140x 200x 10 cm ans 2 small ones for guests) and a new couch. You will live in a renovated Altbau apartment with a new bathroom with bathtub. A few meters from the Landwehr canal you will find local markets and cafes nearby. The small kitchenette has a gas oven from Smeg, sink from IKEA & Reform Copenhagen and a Siemens washing mashine, I have a huge refrigerator from Liebherr. The kitchen is spacious and its therefore considered as an additional half room and is L-shaped (See picture).
In the rent are included all total costs per months including electricity, utilities, gas for warm water and cooking, heating in the winter and WiFi, sheets, towels if needed shampoo, shower gel, community courtyard use, cooking utilities, potential use of my mountain bike during your stay and an extra cleaning lady upon request.
House rules: smoking is not allowed, no pets and no shoes inside because of the carpets and tatamis.

Otherwise from people within the country a German standard contract for a sublet with a deposit is possible with an ID and a proof of a work permit/ work contract in Germany. Anmeldung is always possible but only for the time of the sublet.
