Die Altbauwohnung liegt in einem bunten, multikulturellen Kiez mit vielen jungen Menschen und Familien in einer ruhigen begrünten Nebenstraße der Hermannstraße, einer sehr lebendigen bunten großen Straße. Drei Gehminuten entfernt von einem Park entfernt und vier Minuten vom Tempehofer Feld, dem stillgeleten Flughafen, auf dem man wunderbar spazieren, Fahrrad fahren, Inliner fahren, grillen etc. kann. Am Samstagmorgen kann man im bekannten Schillerkiez auf dem Markt frische Lebensmittel aus der Region einkaufen oder Mittagessen und auch am Abends super ausgehen. In der Nähe befinden sich auch viele Restaurants, Cafes und Bars ein kleines Einkaufscenter mit Drogeriemark und Supermärkten. Wer den Puls von Berlin erleben möchte, ist hier, auf der kleinen grünen Insel mitten in Neukölln, genau richtig.

Verkehr
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal. Der S- und U-bahnhof Herrmannstraße ist 10 min entfernt. Dort fahren die RingBahn, die U8 und diverse Busse.

The flat, from the pre-war era, is located in a colourful, multicultural neighbourhood with many young people and families in a quiet leafy side street of Hermannstraße, a very lively street. It is a three-minute walk from a park and four minutes from Tempehofer Feld, the quiet airport where you can go for a wonderful walk, ride your bike or inline skates, have a barbecue, etc. On Saturday mornings, you can buy fresh food from the region at the market in the well-known Schillerkiez (5 minutes' walk away) or have lunch and also go out in the evening. There are also many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby and a small shopping centre with a drugstore and supermarkets. If you want to experience the pulse of Berlin, this is the right place for you, on the small green island in the middle of Neukölln.

Transport
The transport connections are optimal. The Herrmannstraße S-Bahn and U-Bahn station is 10 minutes away. The RingBahn, U8 and various buses leave from there.
