Furnished 60sqm 2-bedroom Apartment / Altbau / 6 months (and potentially longer)

Hallo ihr Lieben,

Ich vermiete meine schöne 60qm- große 2-Zimmer Wohnung an ein oder zwei Menschen unter - auch gut geeignet für Paare.

Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Denkmalgeschützen Komplexes, gelegen in einem schönen Teil von Lichtenberg, mit einem großen Innenhof - sozusagen dein eigener kleiner Park.
Das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Innenhof hin und ist daher komplett ruhig, sodass du/ ihr auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen und euch von den Vögeln wecken lassen könnt.
Ein geräumiger überdachter Balkon gehört auch zur Wohnung. Abends lassen sich hier tolle Sonnenuntergänge beobachten und selbst bei Starkregen kannst du ohne Probleme draußen deine Zeit genießen.
Allgemein ist die Wohnung schön sonnig: Morgens bis Mittags strahlt sie in Schlafzimmer, Küche und Badezimmer. Nachmittags bis abends taucht die Sonne das Wohnzimmer und den Balkon in goldenes Licht.
Auf beiden Fensterseiten der Wohnung schaust du aufs Grüne, da lässt sich der Trubel der Grossstadt ein wenig vergessen.

Ich suche nach lieben Menschen, die sich auch um meine Pflanzen kümmern, keine Parties in der Zeit hier feiern und die Wohnung gut behandeln.

Hello lovely people

I am subletting my wonderful 60sqm 2 bedroom apartment to one or two people - also well suited for couples.

The apartment is part of a heritage-protected complex, located in a beautiful part of Lichtenberg, with a large courtyard - so to speak your own little park.
The bedroom faces the courtyard and is therefore completely quiet, so you can sleep with the window open and be woken up by the birds. Moreover a spacious covered balcony also belongs to the apartment. In the evening you can watch the most beautiful sunsets here and even in heavy rain you can enjoy your time outside without any problems.
In general, the apartment is nice and sunny: in the morning until noon it shines in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. In the afternoon to evening, the sun bathes the living room and balcony in golden light.
Lastly on both sides of the window of the apartment you look at the greenery, there you can forget a little bit being in a big city, especially on the courtyard side, even feels like a different century.

I am looking for caring people who will also look after my plants, not have parties during the time here and treat the apartment well.
