55m² Wohnung in Kreuzberg zur Untermiete

Hallo zusammen,

ich möchte im o.g. Zeitraum meine schöne Wohnung zur Untermiete anbieten. Es handelt sich um eine 55qm große Altbauwohnung in Kreuzberg, mit hohen Decken, Dielenboden, vollausgestatteter Küche und kleinem Balkon. Alle Fenster gehen zum ruhigen Innenhof raus, sodass von der Urbanstraße nichts mehr zu hören ist. In 5 Minuten ist man sowohl in den Bergmannkiez, als auch in den Gräfekiez gelaufen und ist somit mittendrin im schönen Kreuzberger Leben. Der Südstern ist auch nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, genau wie die Hasenheide, in der man super joggen kann. Da diese schnuckelige Wohnung mein zu Hause ist und ich es hier sehr liebe, wünsche ich mir jemensch, der:dem ich vertrauen kann und der:die sich idealerweise auch um meine Pflanzen kümmern würde.

Der Preis ist inklusive Nebenkosten für die gesamte Mietdauer.

Hey there,

I am looking to subrent my nice flat in the heart of Kreuberg during the timeframe mentioned below. It's a 55qm "Altbau" apartment with high ceilings, wooden floor, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. All the windows look at a small patio, so there is no noise coming from Urbanstraße. It's in 5 miutes walking distance to Bergmannkiez and also Gräfekiez, two of the nicest zones in Berlin with lots of bars, restaurants and little shops to explore. Closest U-Bahn station is Südstern and also in only 5 minutes walking distance, as is Hasenheide, a big park that continues onto Tempelhofer Feld and thus offers some good running. As this cute apartment is my home and I love it, I am hoping to find someone whom I can trust and who would maybe even take care of my plants...

Price includes all costs for the whole rental period.
