Hallo zusammen,
ich vermiete meine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung im Friedrichshain ab Februar für bis zu zwei Wochen unter. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einen großen Wohn - und Essraum mit einem großen Tisch und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einen Balkon und ein renoviertes Badezimmer. Der Kiez und das Haus ist super familienfreundlich, es ist also eher ruhig. Man kann also super in der Wohnung arbeiten, entspannen und schlafen. Ringbahn und mehrere Tram Stationen fussläufig erreichbar. Ich wünsche mir jemanden, der die Wohnung wie seine eigene behandelt, da es mein safe space ist und ich mich schon sehr darauf freue nach meinem Urlaub wieder zurück in meine Wohnung zu komme. Es ist also unabdinglich, dass DU meine Einrichtung und alles was dazu gehört pfleglich behandelst und meine Blumen gießt (das wäre wirklich ganz wunderbar!). Freue mich auf Eure Anfragen!

Preis ist pro Monat. Ich präferiere eine einzelne Person. In Ausnahmefällen sind 2 Personen auch in Ordnung. Dann kommen nochmal 75€ Nebenkosten pro Woche hinzu.

Hello all,
I am subletting my beautiful old building apartment in Friedrichshain for 2 weeks. Could be extended. The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed, a large living - and dining room with a large table and a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony and a renovated bathroom. The neighborhood and the house is super family friendly, so it is rather quiet. The place is perfect foe work, relax and sleep. I would like someone to treat the apartment as their own, as it is my safe space and I am really looking forward to coming back to my apartment after my vacation. Therefore it is imperative that YOU take care of my furnishings and everything that goes with it and water my flowers (that would be really quite wonderful!). Looking forward to your inquiries!

Price for apartment is per month. I like to rent the apartment to one person. Max. 2 persons. I charge 75€/ week for additional person.
Der Kiez ist ruhig und familienfreundlich. Im Haus kennt man sich untereinander, das macht es wirklich ziemlich heimlich. Es gibt einige Supermärkte, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Spätis gibt es auch wie Sand am Meer. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist auch super. Und parken kann man auch ganz wunderbar. Es ist also alles da, was man braucht!
Am allerwichtigsten ist es mir, dass du mir die Wohnung am Ende wieder so hinterlässt, wie du sie vorgefunden hast. Bitte gehe gut mit meinen Möbeln, meinen Geräten wie TV, Musikanlage, Küchengeräte um und behandle alles als wäre es dein Eigentum. Wenn du irgendetwas brauchst, wohnt meine Freundin eine Etage unter mir im Haus - sie gibt dir auch gerne Tipps zum Sightseeing, Clubbing, Restaurants, Bar und allem anderen.
