Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert, liegt im Hochparterre, ist leider nicht barrierefrei.
Große, geräumige Küche ist vorhanden und mit den basics ausgestattet, genauso wie Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer ist ohne große Couch, dafür gibt es Platz für Yoga o.ä.
Home Office Space ist verfügbar!
Es gibt keinen Fernseher, WLAN ist nicht enthalten (arbeite selbst über Hotspot).
Rauchen ist nicht gestattet, Tiere leider auch nicht.
KEINE ANMELDUNG möglich, Miete läuft über einen Untermietvertrag!

The apartment is fully furnished, is on the mezzanine floor and is unfortunately not barrier-free.
Large, spacious kitchen is available and equipped with the basics, as well as bathroom with window and bathtub. The cozy living room does not have a large couch, but there is space for yoga or similar.
Home office space is available!
There is no TV, WiFi is not included (I work via hotspot myself).
Smoking is not permitted, and unfortunately neither are animals.
NO REGISTRATION possible, rent is based on a sublease!
Die Wohnung liegt am Sportpark Friedrichsfelde, direkt zwischen der U5 Friedrichsfelde und dem S-Bahnhof Lichtenberg - ist also sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen (Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Penny, Kaufland, Rossmann, dm).
Die Lage ist allgemein sehr ruhig, keine Bars, Clubs o.ä. in direkter Nähe. Sportplatz und Grünanlagen sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is located at the Friedrichsfelde sports park, directly between the U5 Friedrichsfelde and the Lichtenberg S-Bahn station - so it is very well connected to public transport. Shops are within easy walking distance (Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Penny, Kaufland, Rossmann, dm).
The location is generally very quiet, no bars, clubs or similar close by. Sports field and green areas are easily accessible.
Ich bin für 6 Monate nicht in Deutschland, daher vermiete ich meine vollmöblierte Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum unter.
Einzug und Auszug nach Absprache zeitlich +/- 2 Wochen flexibel.
Ich freue mich, wenn du dich um meine Pflanzen kümmerst. Lebensmittel (in Vorratsgläsern) können gerne verwendet werden, Küche ist aktuell vegan.

I won't be in Germany for 6 months, so I'm subletting my fully furnished apartment for this period.
Move-in and out is flexible by agreement +/- 2 weeks.
I'll be happy if you take care of my plants. Food (in storage jars) can be used, the kitchen is currently vegan.
