Da ich in den nächsten Monaten viel unterwegs sein werde, biete ich meine gemütliche und helle Wohnung zur Untermiete an - etwa von Ende Sep./Anfang Okt. 2024 bis voraussichtlich Mitte/Ende März 2025. Der exakte Zeitraum ist anpassbar. Melden Sie sich gerne, selbst wenn Sie nur einen Teilzeitraum benötigen. Vielleicht finden wir eine Lösung :).
Meine Wohnung, die für einen gewissen Zeitraum Ihr Zuhause sein könnte, besteht aus einem lichtdurchfluteten Wohnzimmer mit angrenzendem Balkon, einem Ess-/Arbeitszimmer, einem Klavier-/Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Bad und einer voll ausgestatteten Flurküche. Am Morgen scheint die Sonne ins Schlafzimmer, ab dem frühen Nachmittag lässt sich die Sonne auf der Seite des Wohn- und des Arbeitszimmers blicken bis zum Sonnenuntergang.
Wenn jemand gerne Klavier spielt, würde sich auch mein Klavier über etwas Unterhaltung freuen :). Dadurch, dass es ein mechanisches Klavier ist, bei dem auch ein Elektromodul eingeschaltet werden kann, kann man auch nachts mit Kopfhörern spielen, ohne auf das Gefühl beim Spielen eines mechanischen Pianos zu verzichten.
Auch schön ist es, im Gemeinschaftsgarten zu frühstücken o.ä..
Eine eigene Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und steht im Keller.

Upfront to save you some time if you're a family: the landlord would not accept families in this apartment. Single person preferred.
Since I will be abroad for further development and learning, my cozy and bright apartment will be available from end of Sep./beginning of Oct. 2024 until probably mid/end of March 2025. Exact timing is negotiable. I will most probably be around from time to time, so if you need a shorter stay, you can still reach out and we will see how it might fit.
My home that could be yours for a while consists of a living room with an attached balcony, a bedroom with a piano, a dining room/home office place, a small bathroom and a hallway-kitchen. While you'll enjoy the sunshine in the mornings in the bedroom, there's sunlight flooding the living as well as dining room from early afternoon til sunset.
Additionally, you would have access to the house's courtyard/garden that can be used by all the tenants.
I do have my own washing machine that you could use which is placed in the cellar.
Furthermore, if you wish to play the piano... my piano would be happy to have someone playing it :). It's a mechanical piano that can be switched to electronic output so that you can also play during the night using the headphones while still having the touch and feel of a mechanic instrument.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt geeignet für Leute, die gerne gut angebunden sind und dennoch ruhig wohnen möchten.
Sie befindet sich zentral und gleichzeitig friedvoll gelegen im Musikerviertel, eine Haltestelle ist direkt gegenüber des Hauses, weitere fünf Minuten Fußweg entfernt liegt der Bonner Hauptbahnhof, und der Airport Express SB60 bringt einen in 25 Minuten von der Mozartstraße (auch nur fünf Minuten entfernt) zum Flughafen :).
Außerdem gibt es etliche Supermärkte in fünf- bis zehnminütiger Entfernung (Alnatura, Edeka, dm, Lidl, Aldi, REWE) inkl. eines Lidls, der an 365 Tagen im Jahr geöffnet ist und mir schon so manch einen Sonntag nach einer Reise "gerettet" hat.
In Sichtweite befindet sich der Beethovenpark, in dem man picknicken oder auch ein Workout hinlegen und auch am Wochenende und am Abend Tischtennis spielen kann (wenn kein Unterricht stattfindet). Alternativ gibt es einen gemeinsam genutzten Garten/Innenhof hinterm Haus.

The apartment is ideally located for everyone who likes to be well connected yet in a calm area, with everything being in easy reach, including the biggest employers like the UN, Deutsche Telekom, Post, the Venus Clinic, the university, ...
It is centrally yet peacefully located in the Musicians' Quarter (Musikerviertel) with a bus stop just in front of the door and a brisk, 5 minutes walk from the main station in Bonn. The Airport Express SB60 takes you to the airport CGN in 25 minutes from the stop Mozartstraße which is also just a five minutes' walk away.
Supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes walking distance (Alnatura, Edeka, dm, Lidl, Aldi, REWE) incl. a Lidl that is open 365 days/year that has saved me several times when returning from a trip on a Sunday :).
Also nearby and even to be seen from the balcony is a little park, the Beethovenpark, where one can enjoy a picnic or an outdoor workout. One can even use the table tennis area of the school during the evenings and on weekends (no worries, you can't hear the school from here).
WLAN ist übrigens nicht inkludiert. Ich selbst nutze meinen mobilen Hotspot (Telekom, LTE). Mein vorheriger Untermieter hatte sich einen LTE-Router besorgt und war sehr zufrieden damit.
Die Kaution beträgt 2000€. Diese werden selbstverständlich zurücküberwiesen, sofern alles bei meiner Rückkehr so ist, wie ich es zurückgelassen habe, insbesondere das Klavier.
Es handelt sich um eine monatliche Miete von 1100€. Der Zeitraum ist etwas dehn- bzw. komprimierbar :). Ggfs. auch nur für einen Teil der Zeit.

WiFi is not included. I am using my mobile hotspot (Telekom, LTE). My former subtenant had bought a LTE-router and he had been very happy with it.
The deposit is 2000€ (you will of course get it back afterwards if everything is the way I left it, especially the piano :) ).
It's a rent of 1100€ per month. Timing is negotiable (also the length of stay).
