Fully furnished (including private things remaining!), charming and bright apartment for one person or couple to sublet (as we are traveling for longer): typical Bxl architecture, small balcony, big bay window, high ceilings, comfortable 160 bed. Sofa couch, office and spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately only electricity radiators for heating, but they do the job and we can also offer a heat blanket.
Everything is nearby/reachable, very central, Ambiorix park, Organic market/Carrefour 2min and Schuman 5min walk. 10-15 min to Bxl centre by bike/metro. 1 train stop to EP/Luxembourg and North Station.
See pictures! We will make some space available but leave private things in the apartment. You can feel at home though! Let me know in case of questions. Timing flexible: Please contact me only if you want to rent at least 1,5-2 full months. No TV! Internet included. We will leave our plants and would love if you can water them!
