I am offering my 25m2 room for rent.
The room is 25m2, very spacious and comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, and oven. The entire house has heating.
The house has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and bathtub and the other with a shower.
In the room, I will leave my desk and chair, three clothes racks, bed base and mattress, nightstand, horizontal shelf, mirror, and storage trunk (tv desk and sofa not included). All of this is available for an additional economical price.
The room also has LED decorations which I can leave for an additional price (if you want them).

Ich biete mein 25m2 Zimmer zur Miete an.
Das Zimmer ist 25m2 groß, sehr geräumig und bequem. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Küche hat einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine, einen Herd und einen Ofen. Das gesamte Haus hat eine Heizung.
Das Haus hat zwei komplette Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche und Badewanne und das andere mit Dusche.
Im Zimmer werde ich meinen Schreibtisch und Stuhl, drei Kleiderständer, Bettgestell und Matratze, Nachttisch, horizontales Regal, Spiegel und Aufbewahrungstruhe lassen. All dies ist für einen zusätzlichen günstigen Preis verfügbar.
Das Zimmer hat auch LED-Dekorationen, die ich ebenfalls für einen zusätzlichen Preis lassen kann (falls gewünscht).
The location is great.
The tram stop is right in front (literally 5 seconds walking), the university library is a 5-minute walk, and the university is a 7-minute walk.
The nearest supermarket is Edeka, which is 5 minutes away by tram.
A beautiful river for walking and swimming is just a 5-minute walk away :)
The location is very quiet and peaceful.

Die Lage ist großartig.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür (buchstäblich 5 Sekunden zu Fuß), die Universitätsbibliothek ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und die Universität ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Der nächstgelegene Supermarkt ist Edeka, der 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn entfernt ist.
Ein wunderschöner Fluss zum Spazierengehen und Schwimmen ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt :)

The apartment is shared with 4 people. Currently, there are 3 guys and 1 girl.
The atmosphere is very calm and friendly, we can spend time chatting in the kitchen and maybe have a drink.
