Hallo,
ich heiße Elena, bin 27 Jahre alt und suche für eine renovierte 3,5-Zimmer Wohnung in Allmersbach im Tal einen Mitbewohner/in für meine 2er WG. Da ich zwei kleinere, liebenswerte Hunde habe sollten keine weiteren Haustiere mitgebracht werden.
Die Wohnung misst 79qm und befindet sich im 2. Stock eines Hauses in der Nähe der Feuerwehr. Die Monatsmiete beträgt 550€ warm. Das helle Wohnzimmer und der Südbalkon sind selbstverständlich zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
WC mit Tageslicht und Badezimmer sind voneinander getrennt. Eine praktische Abstellkammer und eine hochwertige Einbauküche runden das Angebot ab. Außerdem gehört zu der Wohnung auch ein großer Keller. Dein Zimmer misst 11m^2 und ist ab Oktober verfügbar.
