We are leaving our apartment in Dettenhausen because our family is growing. The apartment is 200 meters from the bus stop (lines 826-828). Buses pass every 20 minutes during the week and in 15 minutes you are in Tuebingen. The apartment is the attic of a house, has 65 m2 plus the balcony, is fully furnished (bed, fridge, sofas, dishwasher, and washing machine), and the area is very nice and quiet. Also, if you like nature, Dettenhausen is in the middle of the Schönbuch Nature Park. The rent is 600 euros + 180 nebenkosten (total per month 780 euros), and a kaution of 1800 euros (three months rent). If you are interested please contact me (my german is very bad but my husband speaks fluently). We also speak English and Spanish.
