suche jemanden, die mit mir in die Wohnung teilen können.
Ich wohne in der Wohnung seit 7 Monaten und eine zimmer ist frei Und das Grund, dass ich meine Wohnung teilen Ist Das die Wohnung ist viel zu groß für mich selbst Und die Miete ist hoch.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Ceranfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank,
Waschmaschine ist in keller

Die Miete beträgt 618 EUR inklusive Nebenkosten +95 EUR für Strom Dazu auch +40 EUR Für das Internet
Der Personen, die mit mir Wohnen will Bezahlt für alles in Höhe von 375 EUR

Ein sonniger Gemeinschaftsgarten steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Lage
Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 2 Minuten Erreicht man Kiosks Restaurant Apotheke Auch Altenessen Center.
Die U Bahn Und Busse Haltestelle ist auch direkt umdie Ecke.
Supermärkte sind natürlich auch in Reichweite, gehen immer zu Fuß ca. 3 Min.
Zum Hauptbahnhof brauchen sie nur 10 Minuten.

Ich bin von Bremen nach Essen seit 9 Monaten umgezogen Ich arbeite hier 5 Tage in der Woche Bei Telus International Als Content Moderator.
Ich bin 25 Jahre alt Und ich komme von mix Ländern, Ich spreche Deutsch Arabisch Englisch auch Türkisch dazu
Rauchen ist nicht Verboten Wichtig ist Rauchen Nur in den Küche erlauben ist
Die Wohnung ist sehr harmonisches, hin und wieder kocht man gerne zusammen oder man trinkt ein Wein. Man unternimmt gerne etwas zusammen aber es ist keine Party Wohnung wo man keine Ruhe zum schlafen oder lernen hätte. Eine gewisse Sauberkeit und Hygiene in den Räumen (Bad, Küche), die gemeinsam genutzt werden ist wichtig und funktioniert gut.
