Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine separate Toilette und Küche, einen Flur und einen Balkon. Es ist geräumig für eine Person und bequem für ein Paar.
Die Wohnung ist mit allen grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet.
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit Beistelltischen, TV, Kleiderschrank und Kommode. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Sofa.
Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Sofa, 3 Tische, TV mit Regal und ein Arbeitstisch und Stuhl für Home-Office als auch.
Die Küche ist mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler ausgestattet.
Die Miete beträgt 700 für Paare oder 650 für Singles und beinhaltet alles, auch Internet. Außer einer Kaution von 400 Euro fallen keine weiteren Kosten an.

I am subletting my 55 square meters two room apartment for the short term from 15th March to 15th May.

There is one bedroom, one living room, separate washroom and kitchen, lobby and a balcony. It is spacious for one person and comfortable for a couple.
The apartment is furnished with all basic amenities.
The bedroom has a doublebed with side tables, TV, a wardrobe and drawers chest. In living room there's sofa.
The living room has a sofa, 3 tables, TV with shelf and a working table and chair for home office as as well.
The kitchen has oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
The rent is 700 for couple or 650 for singles and it includes everything also internet. No separate costs attached except a 400 euro security deposit.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Heddernheim zwischen den beiden Ubahnstationen Heddernheim und Zeilweg. Die Ubahnstation Zeilweg ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Ubahnstation Heddernheim in 5 Minuten. Von dort aus kann man auch den Bus M60 nehmen. In der Nähe gibt es einen Aldi und einen Rewe (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Das Nordwestzentrum ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Stadtzentrum erreichen Sie mit dem Zug in 15-18 Minuten.

The apartment is located in Heddernheim district is between two Ubahn stations of Heddernheim and Zeilweg. It takes 3 minutes by foot to reach Zeilweg Ubahn station and 5 minutes for Heddernheim Ubahn from where you can also take M60 bus. There's an Aldi and Rewe nearby at 5 minutes walk. Nordwestzentrum is on walking distance of 15 minutes. You can reach the city center by train in 15-18 minutes.

Die Untervermietung ist auf zwei Monate begrenzt und kann nicht verlängert werden. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Wenn eine einzelne Person die Wohnung mietet, beträgt die Miete 650 Euro und für ein Paar 700 Euro aufgrund der höheren Verbrauchskosten. Da es sich um eine voll möblierte Wohnung handelt, wird eine Kaution von 400 Euro erhoben. Wir werden vor der Vermietung einen Untermietvertrag unterschreiben. The sublet will be limited to two months and not extendable. Pets are not allowed. If a single person rents the apartment the rent will be 650 euro and for couple it is 700 euro due to higher consumption costs. Because it's a fully furnished apartment there will be a 400 euro security deposit. We will sign a sublet contract before renting.
