Schöne 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung in bester Lage im Nordend - sanierter Altbau

Ich vermiete die frisch renovierte und möblierte 1,5 Zimmer-Wohnung, da ich aufgrund eines Auslandssemesters für den angegebenen Zeitraum nicht in Frankfurt sein werde. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im schönen Frankfurter Nordend in einem sanierten Altbau. Aufgrund der 4m Deckenhöhe und der großen Fenster ist die Wohnung trotz der Hochparterrelage sehr hell. Trotzdem ist sie vom angrenzenden Gehweg aus nicht einsehbar. Vor meinem Einzug wurde die gesamte Wohnung renoviert und ist deswegen in hervorragendem Zustand.

I am renting out my newly renovated and furnished 1.5 room apartment, as I will not be in Frankfurt for several months due to Erasmus. The apartment is located in the middle of Frankfurt's beautiful Nordend in a renovated old building. Due to the 4m ceiling height and the large windows, the apartment is very bright despite its raised ground floor location. Nevertheless, people can not see inside from the adjacent sidewalk. The entire apartment was renovated before I moved in and is therefore in excellent condition.

Lage

Im Frankfurter Nordend ist man rundum gut ausgestattet mit reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Einzelhandel. Zum nächsten Bäcker, Supermarkt, Blumenhandel, etc. sind es etwa 4 Gehminuten. Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Unterseite des Hauptfriedhofes, der sich wunderbar für lange Spaziergänge im Grünen eignet. Das ist weniger creepy, als es klingt, der Friedhof ist eigentlich ein riesiger Park :D
Etwa 1 Gehminute entfernt befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle der Linie 32, 5 Gehminuten entfernt fährt die U5, mit der man in 6 Minuten an der Konstablerwache und in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof ist.
Parken kann man in Teilen der Nachbarschaft und an der Unterseite des Hauptfriedhofes frei.

Frankfurt's Nordend district is well equipped with plenty of shopping facilities and retail outlets. The nearest bakery, supermarket, florist, etc. are about a 4-minute walk away. The apartment is located at the bottom of the main cemetery, which is wonderful for long walks. That is less creepy than it sounds, the cemetery is basically a big park.
There is a bus stop for line 32 about a 1-minute walk away, and the U5 subway is a 5-minute walk away, which takes you to Konstablerwache in 6 minutes and to the main railway station in 10 minutes.
Parking is free in parts of the neighborhood and at the bottom of the main cemetery.

Sonstiges

Da meine Möbel und die meisten persönlichen Gegenstände in der Wohnung verbleiben werden (natürlich mache ich Platz für deine persönlichen Gegenstände) suche ich eine Person, die gut darauf aufpassen wird :) Daher würde ich mich freuen wenn du, falls du Interesse hast, auch etwas über dich schreibst!

Es wäre außerdem top, wenn du einen Einkommensnachweis hättest.

In den angegebenen Miete ist alles was so anfällt (Heizung, Strom, Gas, Internet, etc.) enthalten. Die Zwischenvermietung findet ganz offiziell statt, sodass eine Anmeldung möglich ist.

Since my furniture and most of my personal belongings will remain in the apartment (of course I will make room for your personal belongings) I am looking for a person who will take good care of them :) Therefore I would be happy if you write something about yourself if you are interested!

It would also be great if you had a proof of income.

The stated additional costs include all the usual things (heating, electricity, gas, internet, etc.). The interim rental takes place officially, so that registration ("Anmeldung") is possible.
