Suche Zimmer/Wohnung: Ab März 2025 (flexibel)

Ich studiere momentan Freie Kunst an der Städelschule in Frankfurt und suche dafür eine Wohnung oder eine entspannte WG mit einem schönen Zimmer, das bestenfalls mit dem Elementarsten möbliert ist.

Momentan wohne ich in einer 3er-WG in Bornheim nahe dem Günthersburgpark, meine WG-Erfahrung hat damit mittlerweile über 10 Jahre angesammelt. Grundsätzlich finde ich es sehr schön, eine konstruktive Kommunikationskultur zu etablieren und bin immer für ein Gespräch zu haben – mir ist es aber genauso wichtig, Privatsphäre zu respektieren und ein Feingefühl für die Stimmungslage mitzubringen. Eine gesunde Ordentlichkeit in der Wohnung ist für mich obligatorisch. Ich habe vor langer Zeit ein wenig in der Küche gearbeitet, koche enthusiastisch für mich und andere, da mir die kulinarische Sphäre und das Zusammensein beim Essen wichtig ist.

Tagsüber werde ich meistens viel in der Universität und unterwegs sein, und habe meinen Nachteulenstatus ziemlich abgelegt; sollte es sich aber anbieten, bin ich auch sehr offen für (ausschweifende) nächtliche Unternehmungen.

Außerdem bin ich gerne in der Natur, fahre das ganze Jahr über Rad und laufe. Gesellschaftliche Themen liegen mir sehr am Herzen, daher ist es mir immer wichtig, mich auch mit meiner Lebensumwelt auseinanderzusetzen.

Grundsätzlich suche ich einen Ort in Frankfurt mit dem Gedanken, dass ich dort längerfristig bleiben möchte.

I am currently studying Fine Arts at the Städelschule in Frankfurt and am looking for a flat or a relaxed shared flat with a nice room that is at best furnished with the basics.

I currently live in a shared flat with 3 people in Bornheim near Günthersburgpark, making my shared flat experience over 10 years. Basically, I find it very nice to establish a constructive culture of communication and am always available for a chat - but it is just as important to me to respect privacy and to be sensitive to the mood. A healthy tidiness in the home is mandatory for me. I used to work a little in the kitchen a long time ago and I love cooking for myself and others, as the culinary sphere and being together over a meal are important to me.

During the day I will usually be at university and out and about a lot, and have pretty much shed my night owl status, but should the opportunity arise, I am also very open to (extensive) night-time activities.

I also enjoy being out in nature, cycling and running all year round. Social matters are very important to me, so it's always significant for me to engage with the world around me.

Basically, I am looking for a place in Frankfurt with the idea that I would like to stay there for a longer period of time.
