The interim rental runs from 01. June to 22.June. It is a newly built two-room flat with an open-plan kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, spacious living room and bedroom with a 160cm bed. There is also a beautiful balcony.
The flat is of course fully furnished, but I will clear away my personal belongings as best I can so that there is enough space.
As this is a first occupancy flat, I would like to give a certain deposit as security, which will of course be refunded in full (as long as there is nothing to complain about). The warm rent is 1300€ including WLAN, electricity, water etc.

Die Zwischenmiete läuft vom 01. Juni bis zum 22. Juni. Es handelt sich um eine Neubau- Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung, Aufzug, offener Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, großzügigem Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer mit einem 160cm-Bett. Außerdem findet sich noch eine wunderschöner Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist natürlich komplett möbliert, allerdings werde ich meine persönlichen Sachen so gut es geht wegräumen, dass Platz ist.

Da es sich um eine Erstbezugwohnung handelt, würde ich hier gerne eine gewisse Kaution zur Sicherheit geben, die natürlich (so lange nichts zu beanstanden ist) komplett zurückgezahlt wird. Die Warmmiete beträgt 1300€ inklusive WLAN, Strom, Wasser etc.
