Elegant & Cozy Appartment in Frankfurt Bornheim close to Bergerstrasse for Dezember-Febuary 2024/2025

Aufgrund einer Auslandsreise von Dezember 2024 - Ende Februar 2025 biete ich meine gemütliche und sehr geräumige Wohnung zur Zwischemiete an. Die Wohnung hat alle wichtigen Ausstattungen von einer voll funktionsfähigen Küche, über die Waschmaschiene, WLAN und TV und liegt im Herzen des schönen Frankfurt Bornheims, ganz in der Nähe der lebhaften Bergerstrasse (5 min zu Fuß). Dort gibt es eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, kleinen Geschäften und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Ich vermiete dabei nur 2 meiner 3 Zimmer (neben der Küche + dem Bad) um dort meine Dinge zu verstauen, damit du mehr Platz im Schlafzimmer etc. hast. Falls das 3. Zimmer jedoch unbedingt benötigt würde, können wir auch sprechen ;) Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

Angegebener Preis ist die monatliche Gesamtmiete excl. der Heizkosten.

WICHTIGER HINWEIS: Es handelt sich dabei nicht um eine offizielle Untermiete, mit Bescheinigung, die man beim Amt angeben kann für welchen Zweck auch immer! Sorry :)

Due to a trip abroad from December 2024 - end of February 2025, I am offering my cozy and very spacious apartment for interim rent. The apartment has all the important equipment from a fully functional kitchen, washing machine, WLAN and TV and is located in the heart of beautiful Frankfurt Bornheim, very close to the lively Bergerstrasse (5 min walk). There are a variety of restaurants, small stores and all shopping facilities.

I only rent out 2 of my 3 rooms (next to the kitchen + bathroom) to store my things there, so that you have more space in the bedroom etc.. However, if the 3rd room is absolutely needed, we can also talk ;) Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Price quoted is the total monthly rent excl. heating costs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not an official sublet, with a certificate that you can give to the office for whatever purpose! Sorry :)
