Da ich für ein paar Monate ins Ausland gehe, steht meine vollmöblierte Wohnung in der Zwischenzeit zur Verfügung. Es handelt sich um eine helle 3-Zimmer- Wohnung mit einem wunderschönem Holzboden und einem großen Balkon
Im oben genannten Betrag von 800€ ist alles (Miete, Wasser, Strom, Internet enthalten). Du müsstest also nur einziehen und dich um nichts weiter kümmern.
Leider erlaubt der Vermieter nur eine Person zur Untermiete. Es sind also keine WGs oder Paare möglich.
Das genaue Ein- und Auszugsdatum ist flexibel.
Bei weiteren Fragen stehe ich natürlich gerne zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in der Fürther Südstadt. Supermärkte wie Rewe, Tegut und Lidl befinden sich in nächster Nähe.
In 10 Minuten Gehzeit erreicht man den Fürther Hauptbahnhof.
Da ich momentan frei habe, bin ich bezüglich des Besichtigungstermins sehr flexibel.
