Da wir den Winter im Ausland verbringen, ist meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete frei. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Wohn/Essküche, Küche inkl. Thermomix und Geschirrspüler, Bad und WC getrennt und 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer. In der Wohnung wurden viele Naturmaterialien verwendet, weshalb sie sehr gemütlich und heimelig ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss eines Mehrparteienhauses mit Lift.
Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und in 20 Minuten bist du mitten in Graz. Nach Gleisdorf sind es mit dem Auto ein paar Minuten. Dort findest du alle notwendigen Geschäfte wie Supermarkt und Drogerie.
Du suchst ein kuscheliges Zuhause für die Wintermonate? Oder brauchst ein Heim auf Zeit?

As we are spending the winter abroad, my flat is available for interim rent. The flat has a large living/dining room, kitchen incl. Thermomix and dishwasher, separate bathroom and toilet and 2 separate bedrooms. Many natural materials were used in the flat, which makes it very cosy.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a block of flats with lift.
There is a bus stop right outside the front door and you can be in the centre of Graz in 20 minutes. Gleisdorf is only a few minutes away by car. There you will find all the necessary shops such as a supermarket and drugstore.
