Billa Plus und Spar sind fußläufig unter 7 Minuten zu erreichen, den Citypark erreicht man zu Fuß in15 Minuten.
Das Augartenbad kann auch in 5 Minuten von der Wohung aus erreicht werden.

Zur Information der Mietvereinbarung: Dieser Vertag kann noch bis Ende September fortgeführt werden, bedeutet eine Mietvertragübernahme mit derzeitigen Kostenaufstellung. Eine Neuaufsetzung des Vertrags bei Einzug müsste man mit der Grawe Immo vereinbaren, gehe davon aber aus dass diese Option auch möglich wäre.
