My name is Jiongming Lu. I will be a new employee at the Max Planck Institute for Biology of Ageing at Joseph-Stelzmann-Str. 9b, D-50931 Köln. I am now writing to search for a suitable apartment for me in the city of Köln.
Apartment preference (priority from high to low):
1. Apartment with at least 2 rooms.
2. Basic rent: no more than 750 EUR; Rent including additional cost: no more than 1000EUR.
3. Not far away from my institute (Max Planck Institute for Biology of Ageing): in principal, no more than 4km.
4. The kitchen is isolated from the living room, meaning that is is not an open kitchen; if possible, with a balcony; and the region is family-friendly and safe.
5. Available from 15.06.2015 or 01.07.2015.
