1 month right at Körnerstraße

Ich vermiete meine kleine Wohnung im Herzen von Köln Ehrenfeld direkt an der Körnerstrasse vom 13. April bis zum 11. Mai (mit leichter Flexibilität bei den Daten, falls es besser für dich passt), da ich in diesem Monat auf Reisen bin.

Es handelt sich um eine 38 qm große helle Wohnung, die in einer gemütlichen, verkehrsberuhigten und lebendigen Nachbarschaft liegt. Innerhalb von 5-10 Min sind die Haltestellen Körnerstraße und Liebigstraße sowie der Bahnhof Ehrenfeld zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Umkreis sind alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs mehrfach vertreten, inkl. mehrerer Supermärkte. Außerdem gibt es viele Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und kleine Geschäfte in direkter Nachbarschaft.

Die Wohnung hat ein separates Schlafzimmer mit höhenverszellbarem Schreibtisch, Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Bad und einen Balkon zum Hof. Dort kannst du auch ein Fahrrad abstellen.
Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht und du bist eingeladen alles zu nutzen und dich wie zu Haus zu fühlen. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine zur Benutzung.

Ich suche jemanden, der sauber und verantwortungsbewusst ist und sich während meiner Abwesenheit um mein kleines Zuhause und meine Pflanzen kümmert. Ich freue mich darauf, eine kleine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos zu dir zu bekommen!

Die Miete für diesen Monat beträgt 950 plus Kaution (500).

I will be renting out my little place in the heart of Cologne Ehrenfeld from April 13th to May 11th (with slight flexibility on the dates) as I will be travelling that month.

It is a bright 38 qm apartment, located in a cozy, quiet and yet very lively neighbordhood. The public transport stops Körnerstraße and Liebigstraße and the Ehrenfeld train station are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Around you will find all stores needed, including several supermarkets and many cafés, restaurants, bars and small shops.

The place has a seperate bedroom with a flexible desk, kitchen with living room, bathroom and a balcony facing the yard. There you can also park your bike. You will find everything you need in the place and are welcome to make yourself at home. There is a washing machine in the cellar which you can use as well.

I am looking for someone clean and responsible to take care of my little home and plants during my absence. I look forward to getting a little message hearing about you!

The rent for this month is 900 plus deposit (500).
