Großzügige und Helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete in Anger-Crottendorf

Wir bieten unsere wunderschöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Leipzig zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz und ist perfekt für eine oder zwei Personen geeignet. Sie ist außerdem sehr hell und verfügt über viel Tageslicht! Der zweite Raum kann entweder als Wohnzimmer oder als zweites Schlafzimmer genutzt werden, je nachdem, was für euch besser passt.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und mit einer Waschmaschine versehen. Die Wohnung wird teilmöbliert übergeben; die meisten Möbel, die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind, bleiben da, da wir nur ein paar Sachen mitnehmen würden.

Die Straße ist ruhig, und in der Nachbarschaft wohnen größtenteils Studierende oder Familien. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants, Döner- und Pizzaläden sowie Spätis, falls man etwas schnell einkaufen möchte. Der Glasfaser-Highspeed-Internetzugang kostet 45 Euro pro Monat und ist bereits in der Wohnung eingerichtet. Die Energiekosten betragen 70 Euro pro Monat. Insgesamt beläuft sich die monatliche Miete auf 700 Euro.

We are offering our beautiful 2-room apartment in Leipzig for subletting. The apartment is spacious and perfect for one or two people. It’s also very bright and gets plenty of natural light! The second room can be used either as a living room or as a second bedroom, depending on what works best for you.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the flat has a washing machine. The apartment will be partially furnished; most of the furniture you see in the photos will stay, as we’ll only be taking a few things with us.

The street is quiet, and the neighborhood is mostly home to students or families. Just around the corner, there are a few restaurants, kebab and pizza places, as well as convenience stores for quick shopping. Fiber-optic high-speed internet costs 45 euros per month and is already set up in the apartment. The energy costs amount to 70 euros per month, so the total monthly rent is 700 euros.
