Wir gehen drei Monate auf reisen und wollen deshalb unsere Wohnung zwischenvermieten. Auf dich warten 96m² Wohnfläche. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß (ca.30m²) und lichtdurchflutet, die beiden anderen Zimmer sind jeweils ca. 18m² groß, eines ist unser Schlafzimmer, das andere das Kinderzimmer. Zudem erwartet dich ein kleines Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und eine gemütliche, voll ausgestattete Küche. Rauchen und Haustiere bitte nicht in der Wohnung.
Von der Wohnung aus bist du in fünf Minuten an der Straßenbahn (Linie 1 und 2), beim Bäcker, beim Eisladen und Supermärkten.
Die komplette Miete, inkl. Internet und Strom, beträgt 900 Euro im Monat.

We are going on a three-month trip and would like to sublet our apartment. You will have 96m² of living space waiting for you. The living room is very large (about 30m²) and flooded with light; the other two rooms are each about 18m², one being our bedroom and the other the children's room. Additionally, you can expect a small daylight bathroom with a bathtub and a cozy, fully equipped kitchen. No smoking and no pets in the apartment, please.
From the apartment, you can reach the tram (lines 1 and 2), the bakery, the ice cream shop, grocery stores in just five minutes.
The total rent, including internet and electricity, is 900 euros per month.
