Ich verlasse Leipzig für etwa ein Jahr und suche nach einer Zwischenmieterin, die sich in dieser Zeit hier zu Hause fühlen möchte. Der Zeitraum ist nach hinten raus flexibel. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem, was du brauchst und es gibt ein paar Pflanzen, die gerne umsorgt werden mögen.

I am leaving Leipzig for about one year and so I am looking for a sublet who wants to feel at home here while I am gone. Moving out date is flexible.
The apartment has been decorated with lots of care and love and is equipped with everything you will need. There is a few plants that need your care.

Die Gegend ist eher ruhig mit einem kleinen Wäldchen und Hallenbad in der Nähe. Supermärkte sind um die Ecke. Die Tram und S-Bahn halten mehr oder weniger vor der Haustür, mit ihnen ist man schnell im Zentrum und in den anliegenden Stadtteilen.

It's a quiet area with a small forest and an outdoor swimming pool just around the corner. Supermarkets are close by and the tram and S-Bahn basically stop in front of the house. Even so the place is not very central you can get everywhere quickly.

Miete pro Monat ist 850€, alles inklusive. Dazu hätte ich gerne eine Kaution von 700€.
