Im offering a room in a big and cozy appartement, shared with one 2nd year student. Room is availabe for Subrent (from July/August to January) but you can also stay longer if you wish.
The appartement :
- 2 sleeping rooms ( the room for rent is 20 m² big)

+ easy to reach (bus station just infront of the building)

+ the entire appatrment has easy to clean tile floor

--> appartement is fully furnished including:
* washing machine
* fridge
* cutlery and kitchen equipment ( blender, dishes, pans, microwace, water boiler etc)
* TV + Wii
* Vacuum Cleaner
* couch
etc.
The room is fully furnished and if wanted I would leave my stuff there for a small price. If you have your own furntiture I can also take mine with me.
The price for the room is 272 euro (cold) + 43 euro for electricity + 10 euro water.
Total price would be 325 but depending on the usage we might get money for the electricity back.

The appartement is located just after the Belgium boarder in a nice and quiet neighborhood approx. 12 mins by bike to the SBE
