Since my girlfriend and I are leaving, 2 rooms in our 3 room apartment will become available. Each room is about 15m^2 and the place has a large living room with attached kitchen. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub and two sinks, the toilet is separated. Everything is very modern and in good condition, the kitchen is very well equipped, there is a freezer and a washing machine in a separate washing room.
The whole apartment comes to 120m^2 and also has a small garden with a terrace and a bike shed.
Since there is plenty of parking space, the flat would be perfect for students with a car, otherwise it is about 15 minutes to the city centre by bike. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house.

You would share the place with one male flatmate who is really easy going and friendly.

the rooms will be available within about 2 weeks, but it's also possible to move in from the first of march.
