I am pleased to offer a private apartment located in the convenient area of Leuchtenbergring. I am looking for someone for 2 months as I had to move away and still have the apartment until the end of March. The monthly rent is 1000 euros - everything is included (wifi, electricity...). The apartment is somewhat furnished. Photos are from last year. I am renting out the ENTIRE apartment, not only the smaller room. Bathroom and kitchen are as seen in the pictures, the bigger room has a little wardrobe, the big table, sofa, and a single bed. The smaller room has the wall hangers, table and a chair. The apartment has a basement for bike storage. No caution cash bail needed.
The apartment is easily accessible via public transportation with an Sbahn nearby (Leuchtenbergring - 3min), tram (Ampfingstraße - 10 seconds) and bus stops (Haidenauplatz - 5min). There are a lot of shopping options such as Edeka which is right across the street or Kaufland, Lidl, and Aldi that are just a few blocks away, and fitness enthusiasts can take advantage of the FitStar located across the street. It is also possible to leave your car close to the apartment due to free-parking zones. It takes about 15 minutes to get to TUM, 12 minutes to LMU.
