Ich vermiete meine 65 m² 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Dezember vom 03.12.2024 bis 03.01.2025.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, hell und gut angebunden. Ubahn (Obersendling), Sbahn (Mittersendling) und Busstationen befinden sich in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Im Esszimmer befinden sich Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, im Wohnzimmer Projector, Sofa Couchtisch und einen kleinen Home Office Bereich mit Schreibtisch, Bürostühl und Monitor.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Herd, Ofen, Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser, etc.
Im Waschkeller gibt es einen mit Münzen gemeinschaftlich genutze Waschmaschine (2€ für 3 Stunden, man kann 2 Mal waschen) und Trockner (1,5 €), zu beachten ist dass die Maschinen nur 50 Cent Münzen nehmen.
Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Doppelbett mit Kommode. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen Balkon.
Die Miete beträgt 1300€ und die Kaution 800€.
Ich suche jemandem, der sicht gut um meine Wohnung kümmern kann, meine Pflanzen gießt und sauber und verantwortlich ist.

I am renting out my 65 m² 2-room apartment in December from 03.12.2024 to 03.01.2025.
The apartment is very quiet, bright and well connected. Ubahn (Obersendling), Sbahn (Mittersendling) and bus stations are nearby.
The apartment is fully furnished. In the dining room there is a dining table with 4 chairs, in the living room projector, sofa coffee table and a small home office area with desk, office chair and monitor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc.
In the laundry room there is a washing machine (2€ for 3 hours, you can wash 2 times) and dryer (1.5 €), please note that the machines only take 50 cent coins
In the bedroom there is a double bed with chest of drawers. The apartment also has a balcony.
The rent is 1300€ and the deposit 800€.
Please have in mind that I live here so my things are going to be here, which means that I am looking for someone that can take good care of my place, water my plants and is clean and responsible.
