Ich suche aus sowohl beruflichen als auch privaten Gründen eine 1-2 ZWg in München, unbedingt mit einer Küche ausgestattet, und vorzugsweise möbliert, mit einer max. Warmmiete von 1.200€. Bevorzugt wird die Nähe zum Laim Bahnhof, da dort mein Büro liegt, oder Innenstadt.

For both professional and private reasons, I am looking for a 1-2 room flat in Munich, necessarily equipped with a kitchen, and preferably furnished, with a maximum warm rent of 1,200€.
