The apartment located on the ground floor of the building has 38m2. It has one entrance, the kitchen and living room are together (Foto 1), while the bedroom is separate with a sliding door (Foto 2).

The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and bathtub with shower.

The apartment will be rented with all the furniture (closet, desk, kitchen cabinet, bed marquise with a smaller mattress, dining and garden table).

An agreement can be made for the kitchen and other accessories (TV, screen, lamp, etc.).

Most of the apartment has carpeted floor.

The total rent and the guarantee are paid in advance. Only between 19.08.2024 and 01.10.2024 (total rent for the 44 days = 965 EUR, guarantee = 859 euros). The rental costs already include basic expenses such as water, electricity, internet, and heating.

There is a laundry room in the basement with washing machines available for 1.5 euros per load (which takes about an hour), but there is no drying room.

Bicycles can be left in the subterranean parking lot or on the side of the building.
