Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und alles, was benötigt wird, ist in hochwertiger Form vorhanden. Durch die Süd-Westausrichtung der Wohnung ist sie sehr hell. Heizung etc. wird zentral und bequem gesteuert.
Durch die 65 qm und zwei Zimmer ist die Wohnung für Paare geeignet.

I am renting out my furnished apartment in Munich Schwabing, Kurfürstenplatz.
The apartment has been freshly renovated and everything necessary for daily life is supplied in high quality. Every room faces the south, the apartment hence is as bright as it gets. Heating and water is being handled centrally and conveniently.
With 65 sqm with a large living room, the apartment very well fits couples.
Innerhalb des sehr beliebten Stadtteils Schwabings liegt der Kurfürstenplatz zentral, optimal angebunden an Tram und die U-Bahn (7 Min zur Station Hohenzollernplatz). Für den Start der Wohnungssuche in der Umgebung ideal.
Die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs liegen direkt vor der Tür (Bäcker, Cafés, Supermarkt, Bank, Restaurants, etc.), der Englische Garten ist mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5 Min entfernt.
Schwabing is a well-liked district within Munich, Kurfürstenplatz lies centrally within. Public transport is across the street, the Subway (Hohenzollernplatz) is 7 min walking and brings you to central station within 6 minutes.
Daily necessities (cafés, bakeries, supermarket, bank, restaurants, etc.) are within the immediate vicinity. One of the worlds largest parks, Englischer Garten, is 5 min away by bicycle. Ideal to start looking for a long-term apartment in the neighbourhood and beyond.
Die Nachbarschaftsgemeinschaft ist sehr locker, das Haus ist hauptsächlich von Personen zwischen 27-40 bewohnt und man hilft sich gern.
Entsprechend such ich nach einer zuverlässigen Person, die respektvoll mit dem Eigentum und der häuslichen Gemeinschaft umgeht.
Die Mietdauer ist einigermaßen flexibel, sodass um ca. +/- 2 Wochen angepasst werden kann.

The other tenants are young and easy going (no later happenings without you) and people help each other out. Therefore I am looking for a responsible and reliable sub-tenant that treats apartment and its environment respectfully.
Timing-wise the dates are not set but can be discussed. Just let me know how it'd work out. Please supply some information about yourself and don't hesitate to ask anything. Visits live or per videocall are possible.
